At Nova Break, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging and secure the box with heavy-duty tape.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt to track your return until it reaches our warehouse.
